Hello,

I have just a general question about a year of production (if anyone might know) about a portable AM Hitachi TH-623. I bought it at a auction and it is original and in the box, mint. A search on the web seems to suggest it is 1961ish but this thing looks rather modern. Does anyone know what year it was made?

Hitachi TH623 from Japan, May 1962.... cost $7.95....final inspector Lin Wu 3rd shift.
