You could try A.G. Tannenbaum http://www.agtannenbaum.com to see if they might have a copy available.

Your unit sounds similar to a 12 volt unit I picked up at auction a while ago. Takes 2 people to move it comfortably....

Even without a manual, a local fork truck company or dealer might have some interest if it is in good shape, and sufficient capacity. I know those types of things move through a used tool consigner near me, who has those types of units come throu with some regularity. The units do not hang around long.
