Sparton Model 4900

Hello All,
Is there anything unusual abou this set other than the picture tube being mounted vertically? Is this of any great interest similar to a Sparton Nocturne radio? Or is this just a retro set that brings back memories of sets made 10 years earlier?

Hi Dave

Don't have the answer but Sparton 4900 was made in 1950 or before. Keep it if you have room. It's a 28 tube TV with 12LP4 picture tube.
