Try Atwater Kent model 976 which can be found here:

It's actually 6 tubes rather than 5. Your radio uses a 6Q7 for detector and 1st audio amplifier. Model 976 has a 6H6 for detector and 6F5 1st audio amplifier. The 6F5 doesn't have diodes so they added a 6H6.
