Here is the most critical info that you might need ..its schematic... in case you have any burnt, unidentifiable parts. Hopefuly just the common Ozzie-4 and its associated bufffer cap and / or its vibrator, bad controls, power switch, etc. I have other parts list also, if needed.

And now, just tell us, how did an old fifties model Olds-mo-bubble end up in Belgium..now, if that was in Cuba... I could understand.
