Why not just list it on eBay, see what it sells for, and then you will know what it's worth?
There is not a well established market for old radios, and what it might bring today, from a particular buyer, could bear no relation to what it would bring tomorrow.

I am relatively new to antique radio collecting. I think from that newbie point-of-view one expects these old radios to be worth a mint. In all reality, there are many "out-there" and loads of people who can fix 'em.
The real answer is they are worth what someone will pay for them. But don't expect a mint.
