Possibly getting in a bit closer on the unit.
How's about a 1959-60 vintage little 'ole Philips unit in the order of this supplied picture.
This might be its exact cabinetry or close to it.
Its tube lineup is the order of that which you listed.
Stilll digging on the schematic....but if this is it... a Euro forum might be a much better sourcing.

I checked on the radiomuseum.org site in Europe and although that model of Philips IS listed on the site there is unfortunately no schematic available for it there.
