Hi,
I have come up with next to nothing, but is the 25L6 socket correct? Is it of the correct vintage? It is possible: 1) that it was supposed to be a 25A6 (which is octal), or it might have been a type 48, which uses a 6 pin, or a 25B5, which also uses a 6 pin (in the event the octal socket is not original.

The circuit for the "Andrea" model 620 and 621 is identical in circuitry as you describe, but I have no images to reference to see if it is actually the very radio you posses.

I hope this is of some help to you.

According to Larsen's "The Locator" there is just one model matching your tube line-up: Automatic Radio Mfg Model 850. By separate e-mail I sent you the schematic (from Rider 8-8).
