Tubes: 6A7, 78, 75, 6V6, Type 80. Dial Says Silvertone, 3 Band. metal Tag on back of chassis has the number 833, mfg. in Los Angles, Serial # 49388. Wood cabinet is: 20 1/2 high, 13 1/2 wide andf 24 3/4 long. Ends are rounded making it almost oval shape.

I went through the Silvertone radios in the Mallory Encyclopedia and could not find a tube line up that matched your radio.

The Colonial 650 is another possibility that uses a 41 instead of a 6V6.

Solved the mystery!! This radio was made for Silvertone by Mission Bell. Model 3859. Modified for use with push button tuning. Schematic can be found in Rider's Vol. 10; Mission Bell 10-10. IF 465 KC.
Designed in 1937; probably a 1938 model.
