There are quite a few on ebay, some reasonable too, a lot of this stuff goes unnoticed and sells cheap.
I just got a near-mint Eico Oscilloscope a few weeks ago for around $50.
I've got an old Sylvania 620 tube tester from the late 50's, which I've had probably almost 20 years, got it at a garage sale. It works great, but just doesn't test the transconductance of power pentodes too well, like 6V6's, 6AQ5's, etc. , they say "low"(red on the scale, but the needle does move a bit for those), maybe a bad winding on the HV transformer. But 6SN7's and all smaller (triodes, rectifiers, etc) test fine.
