:hi the tubes are 6f6, 6k7, 6f5, 6h6, 5w4, 6a8.....I recapped it and replaced the transformer...only two caps I havnt replaced yet, not sure if those can do it or not........isnt there a voltage on a specific tube I can check that makes it sound like that........cant remember since I havnt done this hobby in a while

::ok checked all caps only ones left are the one for tone control....and the one on the volume pot and the one on the pot has no shorts....voltage on pin 3 of the 6f6 to chassis ground is 226 volts and pin 4 of the 6f5 is 75 volts.....

That should be your radio, check voltage on pin 3 of the 6F6, and pin 4 of the 6F5. What 2 caps haven't you replaced? If c-22 or c-26 are not replced, as well as any other paper caps and electrolytics, they will short and become a resistor and short power to ground, pulling down your B+ voltage. Try this first.
