If you brought your radio to me to repair, I would NOT put in NOS. It is not worth it to have you call back and say 'whatever you did doesn't work. And it overheated and blew some black smoke out.'
::I have a "pretty" unused in-the-box NOS 15-450,
::15-450,40-25 that I can use to replace a 15-450, 10-450, 40-25 and would fit nicely. Would you more experienced techs think I would be better off just using modern electrolytics rather than messing with this NOS Cap that I have? I would leave the old cap can in place if I went the modern route but wondered what the consenses is for NOS Can Caps?

What I do is put caps in underneath the chassis and leave the disconnected cans on top. It avoids a hole and the radio still looks original.
Throw it away!
:Anybody want to buy some NOS Can Caps? :O)

:Can't be worth much...from what I have read here on the Forum. Make me an offer. Here is a picture of the boxes with values. I will include two others not shown which to be but perhaps they were pulled when it did not do the trick?
