How do you remove the tuner knob on a Atwater 44? I removed the set screws on the knob but it is stuck to the shaft.

Try dropping a few drops of a good penetrating oil down the set screw hole. Let it sit for a while. Some gentle taps on the knob can help break it from the shaft.

Below the large tuning knob is a small knob for fine tuning. It has to be removed before the main tuning knob can be removed.There ie a screw in the end of the small knob.
