Dan

You will have a problem with adding FM.. FM is used on higher frequencies and has a different method of detection. I will send you a schematic of an AC/DC radio with AM and FM.

Hi Dan, Converting your AA5 to FM will be a big task. You can use an FM converter. There has been some discussion about this on the Antique Radio Forum lately at http://antiqueradios.com/cgi-bin/forums/ . Cheers, Don Black.

thanks norm, don, for the assistance and the schematic.i have heard it will be difficult to add fm but so far the hardest part has been to make the time to get started. i'll keep you posted on progress (and probably ask for more help) as this project gets off the ground. dan.
