Help with schematic , chassis 7A02

Have a problem with a schematic vs. actual. Radio is untouched original but there is a difference in one part of the schematic vs. chassis. I dont have R18,(280ohm 1.5watt resistor), that connects between pin 8 of 6F6 and, C20 electrolytic cap coming off the 6X5. Instead, there is a 24000pf mica there. Any ideas? Here is the schematic link:

Hi Dave

Could the cap actually be a resistor made by micamold? Some of their resistors has 3 dots.

See no need for a mica capacitor at this location but a cathode resistor is needed. How does the center tap of your transformer high voltage winding return to chassis, ground?

Norm, you could be a genius. It looks just like a mica except its HUGE. Black in color with 3 dots and an arrow. Just like a mica. I bet its a resistor. Thanks in advance. As for the center tap, not sure where it gets ground. There are a bunch of leeds coming out of the transformer, one is a bare wire, I assume thats the ground.

Dave,

I betcha if you measure across it you'll find some resistance, or maybe not if it is open.

Ok, it was a resistor, R18, now for the hard part, it's a micamold that goes bewteen the on/off switch (a/c line connects here) to ground. It's not on the schematic. Any ideas. Measures 16m ohms on resistance, 11uf on capacitance (in circuit). If it goes to cround I assume it would be a filter cap. Dots are >green black red> with a blue dot in the upper corner.
