i inherited a working Atwater Kent Model 185a. Unrestored in very good condition, one knob missing. I am looking to get a reasonable estimate of the value of this radio.

Slusser's latest guide lists it at $180-210. This would be for a complete radio, and a missing knob will detract from its value.
If you want to sell it, best to take some good photos and list it on eBay.
