Hi,
For performance and for design considerations, you can use this tube with designs suitable for 6L6 series tubes, and type 807.

Pinout and heater voltage are the only things I am not sure of.

CV428 is interchangeable (within the same limitations of almost any substitution) For european type C1105 and 5B/254M
