American Bosch model 73

I am installing new filter caps in a model 73 Bosch page 1-23, the filter can is mounted on top of the chassis, my question is on the schematic I am installing c21 c22 and c 23 is the + side of c21 and c22 on the side of L11 or do c21 c22 and c23 tie together all +, Thanks George

From the schematic and pictorial it looks like the green lead is the common plus for C21, C22 & C23 connecting to the +B junction point and on to pin 1 (filament) of the 280 rectifier tube. I suspect the minus lead of C23 is hooked to the cap's metal can internally as is the minus for C25 line bypass cap. The minus leads of C21 & C22 are the red & black leads respectively going to L11.
