::I need a schematic for a Rogers radio its model or type R451. It is a bee hive type of radio and it was made in the early 30's.
::If anyone can help to direct me where I can get a schematic, it would be greatly appreciated. I can provide a picture. This may help identify the radio.
::It’s a beautiful radio, but the transformer over heats and it would be dangerous to play for a long time. I need a new transformer, but if I get a schematic I will know what voltages I need.
::Please help!
::Try www.justradios.com. David has most every schematic.

You may not need a transformer, after the filters and caps are replaced it may run cool.

Lawrence,
Have you tried pulling the rectifier tube and turning the radio on and see if the transformer gets hot?
