I have a Grundig-Majestic 7035USA. The BC dial string broke and I tried restringing it myself. No success whatsoever. Where can I send it out for restringing?

Phillip, is your problem not knowing how the dial cord is to be strung? Or because, like me, you're all butter-fingers?

If you know any ladies, particularly those who sew or perhaps knit, they are often good at this. Their fingers and their patience are superior to most men's.

This radio is difficult. There are two wheels at the ends, the tuning gang, a flywheel and the dial pointer. I don't have the exact replacement dial cord or exact dial cord stringing diagram. I took a dial cord from a similar Grundig which is longer. There are two loops on the tuning gang. If I had exact replacement and diagram or knew how to adapt this one I think I could do it. Thanks for your suggestion.
