Emerson 587

Hi fellow radio folks.

I have an Emerson 587. (looks like). From the schematic I have, the tube line up is not as shown. I have a missing tube. I think it is probably a 35W4 but from the remaining tubes listed as 12BE6,12BA6,12AT6 and 50B5 do you think this is the missing one?

Hi Frank

Agree with Dave. It would be 34W4 but why is it missing? If something draws too much current the rectifier will burn out. Maybe that's why it's missing? Replace electrolytic filter caps before operating your radio. They can short and burn out a rectifier.
