The dial is perfectly aligned at the high and low ends but is one division off in the middle (KNX comes in at 1080 instead of 1070 and radio Disney is 1120 instead of 1110.
What should I be chaecking for dial misalignment only in the center of the dial?
Thanks in advance,
Jim
The padder, C19, adjust the low end. The trimmers adjust the high end. You can play around with C19 and split the difference between the low end and the middle of the dial.
:Hi All,
:Recapped and aligned, this is a good performing set with just one issue that I can't seem to resolve.

So, you could bend the leaf to get the middle of the dial to match, and then touch up the trimmer to correct the low end.
:Hi Doug, have you had any experience (or luck) with bending the tuner plates to tweak the middle of the dial?

:I know that some tuning caps have their outside rotor leaves slotted to help allow bending - but I haven't actually tried it. This should affect the high end most, some in the middle, and no change to the low end (fully meshed).
