Purchased T.O.3000-1,with low volume on FM only AM ok.
Tried switching transistors with another like radio,
still no change.Schematic on the way,any ideas will
be helpful.

I would suspect a weak or mis aligned FM IF stage. This
is assuming that the radio picks up stations OK. If the
sensitivity is down than the RF amp could be out.
