There were a lot of small manufacturers and homebrew early radios. I found the name Pearson as starting ERLA (Electronic Reasearch Labortories). Your radio could be ERLA? Check the audio interstage transformers for that name.
Use Atwater Kent Model 20 or Stewart Warner 300 schematics. They should be similar to your radio. Both can be found here on nostalgiaair.

: I have a Pearson TRF. The cabinet opens up like a desk and doors below that open for battery storage. I have refinished the mahogany cabinet as it was trashed. My problem is that I cannot find a model number for the radio or the chassis anywhere, and I can not seem to find any information on Pearson as a manufacturer of radios. I suspect that Pearson made the cabinet and put in someone elses chassis.
: Does anyone know anything about Pearson?????
: I would like to get some history and a schematic.
: Thanks for your help.
