unknown capacitor

Hi fellows, I am recapping a B600 zenith trans-oceanic, I came across a cap I am not sure of, it goes between the IL6 converter and coil L5, the schematic shows it as c15 and listed as #250 no uf or pf indication, do I consider this as a .25 ? the color code on this axel ceramic is violet, red, green, brown and white, Im confused?? George

That's C15, 250pf. I wouldn't change unless the cap is shorted.
