Testing 8950 tubes on a Sencore mighty mite tester
7/3/2006 2:02:14 AMMrMean2U
Hello all, I am looking for a little help in getting the proper setting to test 8950 tubes on my Sencore Mighty Mite 5 tester. I was thinking the 8950 was a 12 volt version of a 6LQ6 so I tried using the 6LQ6 setting but with 12 volts. Didn't seem to work but then maybe all the tubes are bad. If anyone has any ideas, please e-mail me at havewemetyet@yahoo.com . Thanks and have a GR8 4th of July!!!

Not similar to 6LQ6 but might try 12 volts on filaments with setting for 6JS6?
