I found a Philco E-676-124 in seemingly perfect condition, but the woman wants $30.00 for it. Is it worth the investment, or should I haggle? Thanks for any help you can give me.

If you actually believe that $30 is considered "an investment" then holy cow.. I gues you'll need to haggle...lol
You can hardly go out and by a nice dinner for less than that nowadays...
.. so to me $30 is simply pocket change.
....and If I had the chance to buy a nice old radio in "good" condition for that... and it worked too?... I would jump at it.

But then... I am living in the 21st century.
