Hi,
I am assuming that since you did not list current ratings, plus the fact of the low heater/filament voltage, that this is a console "farm radio".

Power supplies can be made using scematics at the sites that follow, or can be purchased at AES (www.tubesandmore.com)

Plus there are some basic circuits in the Rider's manual from Sears, RCA, and a handful of others that have made battery eliminators in that era.
