Siemens German Radio - Can anyone give me more info?

I picked up a German Siemens tube radio. I'm looking for more information on it such as manufacture date, rarity, if it was only available in Germany, etc. It is a tube radio so it takes a while to power up--but it does work as I can get some AM stations. I have put pictures of it here: http://www.scanman.net/radio.htm

Can anyone give me any more information on this radio?
