Hello am looking for info regarding by pass condensers in metal housing, have some information from philco repair bench relating to this,the specs from philco: capacity .25mfd, next column number of papers 3, next column test voltage 2000, my question do I use one cap @.25, or 3caps @.25 ea or one @.75, its states test voltage @ 2000v can I use lower voltage? thanks george this is a philco part # 4264
