PHILCO 41-250 ON/OFF SWITCH

Try the electronic goldmine. I just got done putting this switch into a 41-290 Philco. Part #G14861 15A-125VAC. Get a few, you'll have to cut the plunger to the right length and maybe drill the holes out a bit to get it to fit right. It takes some time but it works well when you're done. You'll also have to drill out the switch bar so the plunger fits in without binding.

An added note-the switch bar has to be drilled out enough for the switch spring (around the plunger) to clear the hole just a bit. Adjust the plunger cut by holding the switch in the hole, pressing the on/off button till it feels and sounds okay as you remove some of the plunger length a little at a time.
