schematics clues...

While on vacation picked up a nice old RCA Victor portable; operates on AC (with a resistance line cord) and battery (or batteries, appears to have three plugs). It has a cloth covered case/leather handle - tube compliment 35Z5, 1N5(shielded), 3Q5, 1H5, 1A7. I unfortunately found no identifying marks. I am seeking schematics and have browsed through the Rider's on line for hours with no luck. I have been told this was a popular tube compliment for RCA portables, but have not found any schematics with these tubes. Might anyone have a radio with these tubes or any clues as to which models may be similar. Thanks for you time in responding.

Hi

Try RCA model P5. The schematic can be found here by first clicking on "Rider by Original Index". This radio uses the tubes listed as well as 2 - 45 volt "B" batteries and 1 - 1 1/2 volt "A" battery.
