They are written on my hard copy of Rider Vol #1 and also on the CD. You can find the values here on nostalgiaair under schematics.
The top cap is marked as .0005. One below that .00025 and the bottom one .00001 but it would make more sense as .0001. The last one, grid cap, is .00025.
All of these caps along with grid leak resistor are in units that look like cartridge fuses. You should be able to remove an end from these and replace the components.
