covering the heathkit model it-3132 semiconductor

I didn't see any comeback at that other site, also. That must have been closest to the last unit HEATH offered.
What you might do is compare the two schematic rerferences below and see is they might be compatible with your units circuitry. They don't reinvent the wheel every year you know.
