American Hard Rubber Co. manufactured knobs and tube sockets, and used "Radion" as a brand name. I think they built speakers, too?
The physical size of this set is interesting. Too small except for one- or two-tube sets? But then, I wonder why it would have two variable caps?
:I found an old what looks to be an old radio receiver of the 1920s. Its 7-1/2" x 6-1/2" x 5-1/2" deep. Has 2 varible condenser with a post that says Radion and another post that says Triad, then there is another post for antenna, head phones and ground. Also says Patent Pend, stamped on the lower right front corner. Anyone have any information on this?
