Seiberling Model #571-BY-21-94D

Does anyone know where I can get a schematic of the above set? Can't find anything in my Sam's Index. Nor could I find anything on NostalgiaAir.

This radio is one with a reverse frequency scale, that is, 1700KC is on the left, while 550KC is on the right. Tubes are 12SA7, 12SK7, 12SQ7, 35Z5, and 50L6. It is a white bakelite cabinet. Thanks!

The ones here are from Riders #17, but they're not the same. This radio doesn't have a tuning capacitor. Instead it has a couple of tuning inductors.

Mark, there were millions of All-American-5 sets with that very common tube line-up (e.g., RCA 9X561).

But, I think few sets used slug-tuned coils for tuning. I think you can work through the set using a typical AA5 schematic, recognizing that as the slug is inserted into the coil, the tuned frequency increases. (This is opposite of variable caps, for which the tuned freq decreases as the caps are meshed.)

I misspoke. Inserting the slug should reduce the tuned freq.
