Yes... but it just looks to me like a simple HTML coding typo that's all. Whoever edits this page or is the webmaster ought to catch that.

That "hiccup" is probably attributable to the last persons post, keyng on my old entry onto the first of that thread that was created back in 2003 and bringing it forward. I see no prior entries from him and it seems to have required two...+? attempts, at that. The end of the month should also solve that problem.
