This radio was working fine, but it start with the problem. Noise like one motor and no stations.
All tubes are OK
When the volume control is in minumun is no noise, I think that the audio amplifier is OK
All voltages are OK.In the grid of 1R5, there - 5.8volts.
The coils and I.F tranformers are OK.
Any idea waht the problem is?
Thanks for your help.

Jordi:
I have experience with this model of radio.
Replace capacitor C17(10 mfd).
Good luck

Hello friend. Try the following.
Turn off the connection that comes from the 2nd Transformer of FI for the volume axis. Inject a sign any, coming of a music generator (CD, other radio etc). Try to go varying the volume and see what happens. If the noise stays its problem it is in the stage of Audio, otherwise, its problem resides in the stage Amplifier of IF, more probable than they are the capacitores of this area. Substitute for capacitores of good quality. Take advantage of and also substitute the capacitores of the Automatic Control of Gain, in the outline they are C13; C16; C7.
In case its problem has given in the audio stage, which I believe it is not very probable, substitute 1S5 and C15 and C19, besides C17.
Good luck and to work well, do order a photo of its radio for me, ok?
