Hi Mark

To look up tubes in a radio a model number is needed. You can find schematics for Temple here which will show tube numbers.

Mark: Looked in the Mallory Radio Encyclopedia which usually makes short work of getting the model from the tube lineup. In this case there was no close matches much less an exact match. Wondering if this could a non-US radio?

Not sure of origin. The cabnet has a tag on the back that says Genuine Adler Royal Cabnet. Adler Mfg. Co. Louisville Ky. I don't know if this is any help or not.

Hi

A 51 is same as 35?. Some are marked 35/51.

There are other manufacturers which used those tubes. Although not exactly the same check Philco Model 70.

Temple generally used UY-235's rather than the 551 super control tetrodes. Check for a schematic that uses a couple of '35's, a pair of 24's a 47 and an 80

Mark: Hit a deadend. Looked under Templetone too which is equivelent. Flipped through the BPS CDs and didn't see much there either. Sorry.
