I don't know of a site quite like this one for European radios. There are a number of sites offering free schematics via email, but you have to dig for the one that might have the ones you need.
For general shortwave reception, any piece of wire will do. You can receive shortwave with 10 feet of wire laying on your tabletop. Putting it higher in the air and making it longer will improve things by quite a bit. The best setup would be an outdoor antenna 30 - 50 feet long, 20 feet high or higher, without large metal structures near it. With most radios, a good earth ground helps too. Having the antenna oriented north-south will give best reception from the east-west. If you can make a tall vertical antenna, it will receive well from all directions. Some people put a 90 degree bend in the middle of the antenna so that it receives from north-south and east-west.
