Someone brought me a photo of a La France console radio. It two chassis, everything is chrome plated and it's driving 2-12" Electrodynamic speakers. From the style I'd guess that it's a high tube count radio and probably mid 30's. My best guess it that it was made as a private lable for someone but who actually made the chassis?

Didn't La France build fire trucks?
