I posted an identical message on Phonoland.

Here's an RCA (model SF356) with the two speakers folding out from the front of the cabinet. http://i16.ebayimg.com/03/i/05/67/12/84_1.JPG
(Go to ebay.com and paste in this item number 6577811876 in the SEARCH box in the upper right hand corner.) It's slightly different from the one in your photo, since it has a faux grille when the speakers are closed, but it may have been a later/earlier version.
The auction only has about a day to go, so I wanted to call this to your attention ASAP.
