Building a Broadcast tramitter
11/2/2005 2:01:02 PMMILTON
Hi, do some one have schematics to build a small broadcast AM transmitter.
I mean a useable transmitter with a regular power not a home use unit.
Thanks.
Milton.

Unless you really want to start from scratch, you might consider a kit already on the market:

Good luck... Rich

Milton, I've not run across such schematics. It sounds like you're talking about a transmitter that would have to be licensed by the FCC?

Thanks Radiodoc but US laws doesnt apply to me because I live in Costa Rica.
In the other hand here we have similar laws regarding that but theres is no problem because my intention is to get the license to run a small local radio station.
I think 1kW is enough.

Hello again Milton,

Don't forget that some countries have treaties between them that regulate radio frequencies.
