This is a little off of the radio subject, but does anyone know any repair tips on the turntable to a 1950's era RCA console hi-fi? The turntable plays slow. I have researched a thought maybe it is the idler. The problem is, I am not sure which part is the idler, or where I could get another one. Any help would be appreciated.

Steve you need to post the Model Number of the hi-fi. And if you have the turntable number post it too. You then may draw someone into the topic that's an expert. Also, you may handle the problem yourself with the tech data someone may provide. Most turntable data has troubleshooting tips, how to adjust, parts lists, etc.
