I've just acquired a cosmetically beautiful little Philco PT-25. The "guts" however, are trashed. Apparently the filter cap gave way at some point and started a small fire underneath. The coils, transformers and tube sockets are intact, but much of the wiring is burned, some torn out, and many of the components need replacement.
For whatever reason, I'd like to rebuild this little radio, just for grins. It's the perfect candidate for a complete ground-up rewiring wiht all new caps and resistors but I need -- please -- a good quality schematic and parts list and, if possible , a photo of the parts layout. I realize rebuilding this junker will yield a bad return on investment, but it'd be a fun project.
Many thanks.

You can find a good quality schematic with parts list here:

There will also be information under Resources, above.

Craig, I just finished redoing a PT-26 from the ground up. I'll send you a pix this afternoon.
Craig, I have the pictures for you but need an address to send to.
Craig,
I tried to email the service info on your radio to you (in 3 separate emails) but they failed. The bounce message said that you were "over-quota". Let me know if you would like me to try again (after you empty your mailbox) ...or perhaps you were able to get the info you needed from one of the links that Norm or Jim suggested.
