Can some one please tell me how old my grandfather's Sears Silvertone 6106 J radio/ record player is? I believe it to be between 1930s and 1940s. I have found only 1 reference to 6106 model and it is on this Web site. It is in need of a little TLC, it has a some wood issues, but still works.

Cam some one please help. Thanks G Adams

Hi

Other radios around that model number were made in 1947. Your radio should have been made the same year.
