Inductor Coil Resistance
12/29/1999 8:57:04 PMLarry Rickard
While looking at an RCA schematic I noticed a resistance figure given beside each coil. Is this the inductive reactance of the coil, or is this the resistance I should read across both leads with my multimeter?

Thanks in advance,
Larry

Hi Larry

Most of the time it will be the DC resistance that is shown on a schematic.
