BRC question

I trying to find out exactly who the manufacturer is of a 1920's (I believe) upright radio. The chassis tag indicates it was made by BRC Chicago. Serial number is 167017.

Any help appreciated.

Bill,

A list of the tubes and the kinds of bands supported by the radio would be helpful. Not sure exactly what info you are looking for. If you say the radio was made by BRC, then by my thinking, that is who the manufacturer is.

However, there were a number of contract radio companies whose products were manufactured for and sold under the label of other companies. If the chassis is made by BRC, are you trying to learn who sold the finished product (chassis plus cabinet)? Sorry if there is something I'm overlooking in your question.
