Pilot Lamp help
4/18/2005 3:49:52 PMDean
Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me to identify a radio pilot lamp I need. The radio is a Motorola 62CW with clock. The schematics here on the site have slightly different versions of the radio and do not have this lamp. The lamp in the radio is missing. The lamp is being fed 115VAC and has a two-contact bayonet base. The base is rather large and looks like a 12V dual contact base automotive stop light would fit in it, but as I said, it is 115V. If anyone has a number of a lamp that might work, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dean

Hi Dean,
Here's a handy page to have around if you're working with old radios.

Also try sewing machine stores. They sell these bulbs. Try to find one that is under 10 watts.
