Trying to locate a service manual for this. I assume it is a ruggedized civilian model. Any help much appreciated

I'm from Brasil, and I have this Radio, but is renamed by Cincinnati Electronics to "pan American Troipical"and sold to civlians, I have some informatyions about then, and if you like I send.
